For those who love vacations to get back into shape, here you can participate in your favourite sport. Aqua gym, badminton, table tennis, tennis, water polo, basketball and many others. Our sport installations include a sauna and fitness room. Our team organises sports tournaments throughout the days, always for fun.

Brittany shimmers in the sunlight, bathing the wide open spaces with colour. There is nothing like a hike for discovering the exceptional richness of our natural heritage, and getting back to basics: take the time to look around, observe, breathe deeply and live in harmony with the rhythm of Breton nature.

Whatever your level of experience, come and take a ride on the magnificent La Torche beach (5 kms), and take a deep breath of invigorating air, in tune with the rhythm of the tides. Prices between 10€ and 12€.

Before trying the pleasures of scuba diving, come and learn diving techniques in our swimming pool. Beginners’sessions are available to all the family. Your first contact with the deep blue sea! Price: 20 €.
